Inspired by Jane Grey’s favorite book, which centers on the death of Socrates, this design imagines a pair of glasses that Socrates himself might wear.
To suit someone who lived a life of philosophy and deeply confronted the self, we pursued a design that is as simple and minimal as possible—stripping away all excess to leave only what is essential.
The slim square shape gives a cool and composed impression, while drawing subtle attention to the eyes behind the lenses, enhancing their presence and depth.
